Shipping and Payment
Every sculpture is one of a kind, with its own weight and dimensions, so there is no shipping table to look up. Freight is worked out for the piece you want and the place it is going.
How a price is put together
- Tell us which piece. The enquiry form on every product page carries its article number for you.
- Give us the delivery address — country, city and postcode, and whether it should go to a port or to your door. We cannot price freight without it: the address decides the route, the paperwork and much of the cost.
- We work out how it travels. One piece is boxed, in a wooden crate built around it. Something very large, or several pieces at once, takes its own container.
- We send one total — the piece, the crate and the freight as a single figure, so there is nothing to discover later.
Your total holds for seven days
Container rates move week to week, sometimes sharply. Rather than quote high to protect ourselves against that, we quote what it costs today and hold it for seven days from the date on your quote. After that, ask again — a fresh total takes us about a day.
Paying
A deposit confirms the order and we start building the crate. The balance is due before the crate leaves.
Payment is by international bank transfer. The account details come with your invoice. We never publish them on this site, and we will never send you changed bank details out of the blue — if you receive an email claiming our account has moved, telephone us before you send anything.
